The turf had been in place for several months and I have loved everyday since it was placed. There was a flattening defect in a small section from the turf being placed on the roll incorrectly (manufacturer error not installer error). I noticed it about a week later and Chip worked tirelessly to get and answer from the manufacturer. Top notch customer service. The crew was very attentive to all my questions and also very dog friendly. I’m very happy with my decision to use Turf Pro Synthetics and provide my highest recommendations.
